Your details, kept short
What we keep when you order, why, and how to have it removed.
- What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, city and address, with the pieces you chose. Nothing else — no account, no card, no payment details.
- Why
- Only to deliver your order: to call you to confirm it, to hand the parcel to the courier, and to sort out an exchange if you need one.
- Who sees it
- The Clothsomnia team, and the delivery company for your address and phone number. We never sell it. The only advertising use is the Meta Pixel described below, and it never receives your name or address.
- Where it is kept
- In our order database (Google Firestore, hosted in the EU) and in the private Telegram group where the team receives each new order.
- On your device
- Your bag, saved pieces and whether you muted the music are stored in your own browser so they are still there next time. They never leave it. The Meta Pixel below also sets its own cookie (_fbp) in your browser.
- Advertising cookies
- We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on every page, including our ads page /hoodies, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited. It sets a cookie (_fbp) and tells Meta when you view a page or a piece, add a piece to your bag, start checkout and place an order — with the pieces and the total, never your name or address. When you place an order it also sends your phone number in hashed form (scrambled so it cannot be read), so Meta can match the order to an ad without seeing the number. You can turn this off in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email clothsomnia@outlook.com with the name and phone number you ordered with.
